Love Your Body 8 Week Program

Over the course of 8 weeks, you will:
Develop a peaceful, guilt free relationship with food.
Begin to love, accept and respect your body.
Cultivate self worth and confidence outside of your external appearance.
Build community with like-minded people who are also committed to unconditional self love.
Understand the larger cultural impact of beauty messages and body ideals.
